Xcel Fitness Suite
This is a state of the art Life Fitness facility. The cardio theatre allows you the choice to watch or listen while you do your CV workout. Fixed resistance machines, cable pully systems, dumbbell and Olympic weights area cater for all needs including two vibration power plates.
Residential groups
Members of residential groups can access the Xcel Fitness Suite once an induction has been given or a disclaimer signed.
Community
The Xcel Fitness Suite is open for use:
06:00 - 22:00, seven days per week (last entry is permitted at 21:30)
If you wish to join, please contact 01475 674666 to book an induction. Once you have joined you will also be entitled to a free fitness programme or health assessment.
