Kettlercise
Kettlercise is a brand new fitness class that incorporates the use of kettlebell training in a friendly group atmosphere.
It is very effective at toning the body particularly the legs, bum, hips and stomach.
This class is unrivalled when it comes to producing results and whatever your current fitness level or ability you will be sure to find Kettlercise fun yet challenging.

Maximum 15 people per class (* except Wednesday 19:00 class which has a capacity of 20).
Block booking classes will be available to re-book one week before new block commences. Participants will retain their place on the class for the following block and have until 9pm on the day of the last class of the current block to pay. After that time unpaid users will be removed and those places offered to users on the waiting list.
In the event that you are not available to attend a class which you have already booked we ask that you notify the centre so that the place may be taken up by someone else.
