Sports injury clinic
The Sports Injury Clinic is available to all members of the sport and exercising community.
- The clinic operates on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 17:40 to 20:20.
- Appointments can be made between 09:00 and 21:30 seven days per week.
- The clinic is staffed by chartered physiotherapists and doctors who have specialised in sports medicine.
- Patients may be seen by either their own GP or the clinic doctor first to ensure an accurate diagnosis and follow-up treatment.
- The initial appointment for each injury is £28 and follow-up appointments £14.
- This charge will also be applied if appointments are not cancelled by 15:00 on the day of the appointment.
- Other specialists available by appointment include a sports dietician, exercise physiologist and fitness specialists.
- The clinic is not registered with any individual private healthcare company but patients with health insurance can request that treatment is undertaken with us.
