Inverclyde sponsors young golfer

The National Centre has recently sponsored young golfer Connor McKee with 18 months membership of the excellent practice facilities at the Bob Torrance School of Golf.
14 year-old Connor who was recommended by Graham Ross, one of the centre's PGA Professional coaches, has reduced his handicap to 9.8 in his first year as a member at Largs Kelburn Golf Club. Graham said "Connor has an appetite and enthusiasm for the game that you cannot coach. I think it is fantastic that he has this opportunity to help him reach his full potential".
Golf Facility Manager Angela Liddel added "it's great to see youngsters coming through and we are delighted to be able to help him".
