Strategic priorities
1. To provide facilities and support services for the delivery of Scottish and national governing body awards (including UKCC) and deliver awards at the centre and as appropriate at off-site venues.
2. To provide facilities and support services for training, not directly leading to SGB/NGB awards, but leading to increased participation and/or improved performance in sport in Scotland.
3. To provide facilities and support services for athlete development to improve performance in sport in Scotland.
4. • Provide facilities and support services for sports events.
• Provide facilities and support services to support and develop community sport in the local area.
5. Operate a successful national centre which continuously improves to provide quality services to Scottish sport.
